At Spectra Store, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders across India. COD Charges
• A 5% cash handling charge will be collected prior to delivery as required by the courier/delivery partner.

• At the time of delivery, the customer is required to pay only the product (laptop) amount.

• The 5% cash handling charge is non-refundable, even in case of returns or cancellations.

Eligibility

• COD is available only for locations and orders supported by the courier partner.

• COD may not be available for high-value orders or specific pin codes; availability will be confirmed at checkout.

Payment Collection

• The product amount must be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

• Ensure payment is available to avoid delivery delays or order return.

Returns and Refunds

• In case of an eligible return, the 5% cash handling charge will not be refunded.

• Refunds for the product value will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure payment of the laptop price at delivery.
• Orders may be returned or canceled by the courier if payment is not completed, and COD charges will still apply.
