Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
At Spectra Store, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers. Please read this policy carefully before choosing COD for your order.
COD Charges
- For COD orders, the customer must pay an advance amount of ₹999 per product, which covers cash handling charges and delivery charges.
- For multiple products, the advance charge doubles accordingly (e.g., 2 products = ₹1998, 3 products = ₹2,997, etc.).
- The remaining amount for the product(s) must be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
- Important: The advance amount is non-refundable if the customer refuses delivery at the doorstep. These charges are mandated by our delivery partners and are not controlled or collected by Spectra Store.
COD Eligibility
- COD service is available only in locations supported by our delivery partners.
- Customers must ensure that accurate delivery information is provided to avoid delays or additional charges.
- Spectra Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse COD orders if COD service is not available at the delivery location.
Important Notes
- COD orders are subject to verification and confirmation by our delivery partners.
- Any disputes regarding COD charges or collection should be directed to the delivery partner, as these charges are independent of Spectra Store.
