Return & Refund Policy
At Spectra Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we deal exclusively in
refurbished laptops, the following return and refund conditions apply:
Return Eligibility
Returns will be eligible only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition or if there are technical issues present at the time of delivery. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for detailed coverage and terms.
To be eligible, the customer must provide a clear, uninterrupted live unboxing video
showing the issue.
The laptop must be in original condition, without any physical damage caused after delivery.
The Warranty Void / QC sticker must be intact and untampered. If the sticker is damaged or removed, the return or refund request will be rejected.
Return Process
Once the return request is approved, the customer must ship the product safely to our provided address at their own cost.
Proper and secure packaging is mandatory. Spectra Store will not be responsible for damage during return transit.
Refund Process
After the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed within a few business days.
Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, and handling fees will be deducted
from the refund amount.
Important Notes
Returns will not be accepted for cosmetic issues such as minor scratches or marks, as refurbished laptops may show light signs of usage.
Spectra Store reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
