Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation, depending on the warehouse they are shipped from.

• During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods (India)

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-6 business days.

• Priority Shipping: Available only for products from our Indian warehouse (tagged with vendor Spectra Store). Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

• ODD Orders (Orders shipped from our international warehouses, tagged with vendor Spectra Store HK or Spectra Store UK): Delivered within 10-20 business days, depending on location.

Shipping Charges (India)

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, a flat shipping fee of ₹149 applies.

• Priority Shipping: Available at an additional cost of ₹399 - ₹499, based on location and order weight.

• Cash on Delivery (CoD) / Pay on Delivery (PoD) Orders:

• Available only for orders above ₹499 from our Indian warehouse.

• CoD charges: ₹249 for orders between ₹499 - ₹3000, and ₹399 for orders above ₹3000.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number.

• Please ensure your email and phone number are correct while placing the order.

• You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Addresses

• We deliver to residential and business addresses.

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. Changes cannot be made once the order is confirmed.

• If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

• CoD/PoD Orders: We will confirm CoD orders via call or text before shipping. If an incorrect address results in a return, reshipping and delivery failure charges will apply.

International Shipping

We currently ship to India, USA, Canada, UK, EU, and UAE.

• Orders Shipped from India: Estimated delivery within 6-8 business days (for certain categories like toys, cars, bikes, prams, bicycles, and tricycles, delivery may take 12-15 business days).

• ODD Orders (Orders shipped from our international warehouse, tagged with vendor Spectra Store HK or Spectra Store UK, or orders shipped to a non-Indian location from any warehouse): Delivered within 10-20 business days, depending on location.

Customs and Duties

• International or ODD orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

• Spectra Store cannot control or predict these charges and any delays caused by customs authorities.

• Please check with your local customs office for further details.

KYC Documents

• For express shipments to India from our international warehouse, KYC verification may be required by the shipping company.

• This is a government-mandated process and is solely for verification purposes. Your information will be discarded after verification by our logistics partner.

• Failure to provide KYC documents may result in non-delivery, for which we will not be able to offer refunds or assistance.

Order Modifications

• Changes to your order, including the shipping address, cannot be made after processing.

Missing or Delayed Orders

• In rare cases of a missing or delayed order, please contact our customer support.

• Please consider the shipping timelines before reaching out.

• We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Holiday Shipping

• During holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer due to increased demand. We recommend placing orders in advance.

• Chinese New Year Notice: Our international warehouse is closed for 15 days during this time. Orders placed during this period will be processed once shipping resumes.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

• If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, a re-shipping fee will apply.
