Laptops: 3-Month Testing Warranty from the date of delivery. If any issue arises within this period, our team will assist with repair, replacement, or service support depending on stock availability.
Chargers & Mouse: 3-Month Warranty from the date of delivery.
Warranty Conditions
Customers must provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue.
Warranty sticker must be intact and visible on the product.
Covers manufacturing defects and functional issues only.
Warranty Exclusions
Physical damage, liquid damage, or mishandling by the customer.
Issues due to unauthorized repairs or tampering.
Products without valid proof of purchase or missing warranty sticker.
Process to Claim Warranty
Contact us via the “Contact Us” button on our website with your order number and supporting evidence.
Our support team will review the case within 2–4 business days.
If approved, we will assist with repair, replacement, or alternative service support as per stock availability.
